  • For orders below ₹499, an additional Rs 60 shipping charge will be applied.
  • For orders above ₹499, shipping charges will be free.

Delivery Timeframe

  • We strive to deliver our products within 8-9 working days from the date of order confirmation.
  • For orders within Bangalore, delivery will be made within 3-4 working days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location and availability of courier services.

Return and Replacement Policy

  • Due to the nature of our products (spices and food items), we do not accept returns.
  • However, if you receive a product that is different from your original order or arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge.

Damage During Transit

  • Please note that we take utmost care in packaging and shipping our products.
  • In case of any damage during transit, we will replace the damaged product free of charge.

Payment Terms

  • We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.
  • All payments must be made online through our secure payment gateway.
